Ada Lovelace: The First Computer Programmer

Ada Lovelace is a well-known example of a female tech pioneer.

She envisioned a day in the future when programmed computers would be crucial to the advancement of science and would even be utilized to produce art and music. Her paper was published in 1843.

Today, we experience that future.
Ada definitely occasionally overestimated her own destiny. Her letters are frequently over the top, lengthy, and incredibly self-absorbed. And it appears that she had a lot of manic episodes.

But despite, or maybe because of, her struggles with her mental and physical health, Ada devoted herself with fervor and intensity to her pursuit of her interests in mathematics and Babbage’s engines at first.

Ada Lovelace also foresaw the Digital Age in many respects during the Victorian era.
